This outstanding 1999 vintage combines over twenty individual parcels of carefully selected estate grown chardonnay. Each component contributes to the richness, balance and complexity of the style.

Once selected the best free run juice is kept seperate and placed in new burgundian barriques for fermentation and matured on lees for nine months. This process of producing individual parcels of wine with individual characters gives our winemakers the opportunity of blending to produce the best possible Estate Reserve Chardonnay for your enjoyment.

The Blue Pyrenees Estate Reserve Chardonnay 1999 wine is made to enjoy now, however careful cellaring will reward those with enough patience to wait a few years.
