Blue Pyrenees Estate Reserve 1998

The Blue Pyrenees Estate Reserve represents the very essence of our Estate Philosophy. The art of blending at its finest proving as do many of the worlds finest wines that a complex blend is superior in quality and consistency to any of its individual parts.

Only the best, estate grown parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz and Merlot grapes grown on 24 different Blocks within the estate vineyard will make the cut for the Estate Reserve Red wine.

This outstanding 1998 vintage has a bright red garnet colour with a spicy nose, perfumed with blueberry like fruit. The palate is rich and soft at the same time with a complex and well balanced structure of fruit and new French oak that is obvious but not overpowering.

The Blue Pyrenees Estate Reserve 1998 wine is made to enjoy now, however careful cellaring will reward those with enough patience to wait up to ten years.
